conflict Gravida and plugin WP Fastest Cache

Hi,

The plugin maker has helped me a lot allready but there are still conflicts between Gravida and WP Fastest Cache.
On an other site I use an other theme and don’t have problems at all with this plugin. It is a very good plugin to help you reduce loading time of your page, that is good for SEO.
There where conflicts with combine JS and I have disabled that option in the plugin.
But the main problem now is de admin toolbar on the top at the front dissappear most of the times, see an example: https://www.keigaafbrabant.nl/test/

Hi Dave,

When I also disable combine css than it is solved.
Sorry, for me it is at the moment fine when I disable that option.

But the plugin and the theme does not go well together than you know.
