Complete Pro1.1 – Cannot read property 'panel' of undefined

Hi,
Since a few weeks I can not do any changes with my WordPress as can not read the property panel on the left side of the SKT theme.
When I click on the titles: Basic, Header, Frontpage, Footer, Post & Page and Sections Bottons, nothing appear on the right hand side so I can not do any change on the design and colours of my web page.

Would you know how to solve this problem?
I have already contacted WordPress and it is not their issue. Also my server and they have deblocked some little possible WordPress issue for that panel.

When I click on F12, then Console, I have that error message:
