I would also like to know where can I change the following :

1. The menu background color and the main background color?
2. The hovering color of the menu items?

Thought I found it but not, probably in the CSS or add something in custom CSS.

Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:

#lens-sidebar {
    background:#d5c9b4 !important;
}
