Hi – I purchased the pro version of this and posted a comment which you closed and advised resolved when the issue hadn’t been resolved.

After activating the theme I’m really struggling trying to get my data to appear back where it is supposed to. It wasn’t transferred across from my previous theme when I activated. I’m reading lots of support requests saying the same thing so know it isn’t just me.

Whilst the theme looks great it isn’t intuitive. I’m trying to work out simple things and am struggling. Please can you let me know where the link is for the tutorials (written, not the video ones as it takes ages to watch the typing).

Also do you provide a set up service? If so please can you provide details.

Finally please don’t close my call again until we have found a solution. Its pretty annoying that I went to reply but wasn’t able to as the support call had been closed.

I’m struggling a little bit to be honest. I think I may have bitten off more than I can chew. The theme looks amazing but I wish I could work out who to use it.

Do you know at all how to use the icons in the 4 help donation boxes on the front page? Any time I update my text the icons disappear and I’d really like to use them. I’m referring to the book, knife/fork and the person icons where the “donate now” boxes are.

I’d also be really keen to understand if anyone has suggestions on the easiest payment method for small charities?

Lastly….does anyone know how to remove or edit the black boxes right at the bottom of the home page? I don’t want to display a postal address or recent posts section and I can’t work out how to update the newsletter sign up part either 🙁

Hi Sarah. We’re going to manage the donations through a GoFundMe link. We’ll probably set up quarterly programs, so that we can then access the funds on a quarterly basis. One other benefit is that you may also gain exposure through the GoFundMe site!

In terms of the Footer, we’ve just reduced to the 2 column version. This can be done in Appearance > Theme Options, then choose the Header & Footer tab. You could possibly move to the 1 column version, and remove the wording from the Header & Footer setup.

What type of chatter do you manage? I help my father look after a small charity in Uganda, Africa providing food and education to the Soroti street children. We are very small and can only help 20-30 children at a time. I’m always on the look out for good ideas and suggestions so will check out Go Fund Me.

I don’t see where to edit the newsletter portion. I don’t want to reduce or add columns in the footer. I’d just like to edit the part that says “Street tempor Donec ultricies mattis nulla, suscipit risus tristique ut.”

There is no where to edit that line.
