Change Contact Form info

Couple of questions on the comment form for the Pro SKT template.

How can I remove the contact form on the side and at the footer of the site?

How can I edit what the contact form is titled and what fields are visible.

Tests performed dont send an email to my inbox.

Hi Amy,

1) Remove contact form from sidebar:

Kindly go to Appereance>>Widgets>>Sidebar Main
Drag and drop text widget in sidebar main to remove default sidebar.

2) Kindly use plugin Contact Form 7 instead of our default form. It has more features than our default form.
