Can't access themes though I have paid account

Hello!

For some reason I can’t download some themes. I can’t download the hosting theme, or the html theme “bright”. There are some others that it won’t let me get as well. Why could this be?

I was also curious if we are able to download the html versions of other themes?

Hi Brandon,

Unfortunately all themes gives you access only to WordPress themes and we do not provide access to HTML themes within that.

Will make it clear in the All Themes package list as well i thought i did write WordPress themes.

No Problem! I completely understand, as it does say WordPress Themes. But I don’t have access to all the WordPress themes.

As I said, I can’t download the hosting one, the game developer one or a few others. Why would these be excluded from my download options? I’d like to try them out!

Also, are we able to pay an extra fee to access HTML themes? I notice there is one HTML option listed among the wordpress options.

Given access to those themes.

HTML can be bought separately.

Will add more HTML templates then will decide on their package.
