Cannot select page for boxes in SKT Charity

I have pages created, however when I go to appearance->theme options->sections, and select the ‘Select a Page’ drop down, there is nothing in the drop down list.

Why aren’t pages being listed here?

I installed a second vhost, and the problem wasn’t reproducible there, so I wiped the database, and started over. That resolved the issue, however I have no idea what the root issue was. Something in the DB (possibly a conflict with the free version that I had installed prior to the pro version of the theme?)
