Cannot find contact-form-7

When I downloaded a demo template it also downloaded a template for my Contact Us page
In this page it references
[contact-form-7 id="3523" title="Contact form 1"]

I cannot find any contact form 7 anywhere. I need to change the map and the settings.

I already had it installed. But I never created id=”3523″ – it seems to have come with the demo data. I would like to be able to change the input fields, the map and the email addresses it uses.

Kindly go to contact from left sidebar >> Edit form >> and change it there

You’re not getting it. I am in forms and there IS NO form with id=”3523″
Where is contact from left sidebar??

Now when I go in to edit this page I get the following

I obviously want to be able to change the map and the fields but where do I find this contact form 3523?

Hi,

Kindly go to contact >> Add New >> add new contact form with fields What you want.

After that, kindly go to pages >> contact layout 2 and paste there contact form shortcode.
