Build pro not working

I can not get any features in build pro to work, no logo showing, no sliders showing, no sections 2 etc showing, i uploaded the theme and it showed properly, uploaded a logo and everything vanished.

I have no plugins activated, i have the home page set as recent posts, nothing seams to respond at all. please advise

Hi, after several email to you and chasing those email i have had a bill but still no support to help sort out my issues, the theme won’t work, i have had no support and would like a total refund,

I am now weeks behind and have not been able to build my site, very disappointed
