    When I scroll up or down on a page, the page shakes. See: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7WYv11Gj2d0

    How can i make this smooth?

    Its a local URL, nor accessabel from external networks. I got the same issue on https://napoleon.whayklanten.nl
