Blog post font size on homepage

Where do you control the font size of the titles of blog posts on the homepage?

Also, where can you control the hover color for items in the footer menu? It is currently red and I cannot seem to locate where this is defined.

Blog titles are picking up h3 font size. So kindly go to Appearance>theme options>basic settings>h3 font size.

Increase from 22px to desired.

Changing that value does not result in a smaller or larger blog post title.

Found it. The blog post titles are H2.

Now for the footer menu hover color. Where is it controlled?

Sorry that this isn’t managed. Should have been manageable

Kindly go to Appearance>Theme Options>Basic Settings>Custom CSS and paste this there:
#copyright ul li:hover a, #copyright ul li.current_page_item a{color:#00b1d2;}

Should be fine.
