Blog page not showing posts

I have posted to the Blog and the post shows up on the side bar but not on the Blog page. What have I missed doing?

Hi Colin,

Kindly go to Pages>>Blog and the blog page.

You will find the Page attributes on right hand side. Select the template “Blog right sidebar” from the template dropdown.

The drop down has no “Blog-right sidebar” option
Has
Blog – full width
Blog – left sidebar
Blog – no sidebar
Blog Post

Right sidebar
Services

Ok I understand now. You create a new page not use the Blog page that comes with the theme.
