Blank Page where ourtema shortcode is placed

My team members don’t show up until I scroll on the page.
Ideally, it should load when the page opens. Right now when you open the page it just looks blank

Additionally I would like it to say read more at the bottom of each member like the classes page.
Also, how to make the boxes all the same height.
