    I would like to adjust of the font and background of the headings in the boxes on http://thehumblegoat.com/who-we-are/ or http://thehumblegoat.com/meet-the-team/ or the other pages.

    What code would I change with this theme?

    Thanks for any help can you provide.

    Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Custom CSS and paste below code there:

    #wpupg-grid-meet-the-team .wpupg-rows-row {
    background-color: #22a2d8 !important;
}
#wpupg-grid-meet-the-team .wpupg-post-title {
    color: #fff !important;
    font-size: 16px !important;
}
