I would like to adjust of the font and background of the headings in the boxes on http://thehumblegoat.com/who-we-are/ or http://thehumblegoat.com/meet-the-team/ or the other pages.

What code would I change with this theme?

Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Custom CSS and paste below code there:

}

}
