Adding New Themes To Paid Package

Hi,
I paid $99 a couple of months ago and wish to ad new themes to my package.
It is probably an obvious answer but I cannot find it.

How do I add newer themes to the download list I paid for?

How do I download included themes? Is there a download link to download all the themes again? Or do I download the theme individually?
