Add Content To Display on Blog – Full Width

How do i get the content in the to show on a page with Blog Template Selected. I like the display of the posts and the shortcode version of latest posts does not look the same.

Can I show content and the template.

Hi,

Yes the shortcode appears different as its used normally on homepage or to show some posts on other pages. Blog templates are given in order to have pagination and sidebar widgets if you want.

So template is the correct way.

MY issue is that when I use the template the HTML content I have in the wordpress page does not show in the template with the blog display.

Is there a way to have the actual word press content show with the coded template display of side bar and posts?

While I have you. Is there a way to increase the amount of text that is displayed in the services section before it adds the …… right now it only shows a certain amount and it seems to differ? Is it counting the number of characters in the actual code or some other logic.
