Hi team,

How can I download all the themes developed until the day My account expired on June 06?

Order #39326 placed on June 6, 2019.

On downloads I see a themes list but when I click them it says “Sorry, this download has expired Go to shop”

I believe you guys are not understanding my questions,

1. I know my account is expired.

2. How can I download the themes I bought when my account was active?

3. I want to download what I bought during my active subscription, I don’t want to renew.

After renew your subscription.

Kindly go to My account >> Downloads >> and download themes there.

I’m asking a question related to how can I download the themes I bought during my subscription
in case I don’t want to renew, but seems like again you are not replying accurately the inquiries.

For this huge lack of clear communication and a few more reasons, I won’t renew.

Hi Leonardo,

The theme access and support is part of the subscription.

We provide renewals at lower rate i.e. $69.

You can renew the all themes package if you want to which gives you access to the old themes plus the newly launched themes as well and support for another year.

There is no system available which provides you access to the old themes. If you have downloaded the themes onto your computer you can re-use them again.

However access and support for another year to old and new themes as i said above is $69 USD and you need to pay for the same using the above mentioned links.
