I downloaded the php files and the css, but there are no html files in order to make coding changes. I want to make specific changes. How do I do this?
Thank you.

Disregard my previous message lol. What I really want to know is if I need to create a child theme and make css changes? Is there a way to make changes, like remove the Aerobics…% bar without going into the code editor?
Hi Marnie,
You can use custom CSS instead of creating child theme.
Kindly go to Appearance>>Theme Option>>Basic Setting>>Custom CSS Box
