Hi, would you please help me with the following issue:
I purchased and installed “laptop-repair-pro” theme. However I’m not able to preview or edit or even publish my site.
Everytime I try anything, I get the following message:
500 Internal Server Error
An error occurred while processing this request.

Thanks Chris,
The URL is https://thestartupfactory.ae/
I had to deactivate the theme since the website went down and showed the 500 Internal Server Error as well.
Your guidance is much appreciated.

Hi,
Yes, I deactivated the laptop repair theme because my website went down showing a 500 error.
If you visit https://thestartupfactory.ae/ again now – you will see it.
