Thanks for your help with the photo gallery shortcode, I wonder if the shortcode for photo slider style would be available for this theme? if it is, i would appreciate if you can give me the shortcode too. And one more thing as I mention earlier with Brad I also have another issues with my homepage slider the “Read more” and the description are not showing in the slider, please I need your help with it.

Hello,

I have two requests:

1) How do I change or remove the banner picture of the surgeon that is generated at the top of every new page?
Example: http://fsc.valingo.com/?page_id=121

If I set a featured pic it will remove the banner pic at the top of the page but it does not stretch to the length of the page the same way the original picture did.
Example: http://fsc.valingo.com/?page_id=206

I can’t remove or change it at all when I create a new team member.
Example: http://fsc.valingo.com/?team=mark-k-evans-psy-d

2) I previously asked how to make the accordion a link to a page and you gave me the following advice via email:

Kindly go to Appereance>>Theme Option>>Section>>Section 1

In the section content box you will find the accordion code add the link=”URL” in the shortcode.

For e.g. [doctors name=”name here” photo=”image URL” link=”#”]

this advice did not work for me. Can you be more specific or provide a tutorial?

I am sorry that Brad asked you your details. Bizness Pro is a customizer based theme so kindly check Appearance>Customize and not theme options.

I already watch this video before but it is not the same menu i got. I am using Bizness pro theme and i don’t have the them option menu and shortcode. I already did finished setting up the gallery but i want to know how to add it on a page. Another thing i need help for the slider, the read more and description are not showing on the slider.

Hi Leone,

[email protected] is not a default email id. It is only for example purpose. You have to put your email wherever you use the contact form shortcode.

None of our themes use Visual Composer plugin. They may use shortcodes ultimate but We Bake theme doesn’t use that as well.

Using shortcode cannot integrate Testimonial rotator in the layout for left pane – shortcode only works in the WYSIWYG editor.

I want to integrate the Testimonial rotator on the left pane of the default IT Consultant Pro About Us page.

Default coding calls out a static Testimonial display in the left pane.

Q1: How do I call out the js quote rotator?

Q2: How do I set so that more than 1 testimonial is displayed per rotation?

Thanks Brad I got it figured it out but I still have another issues in setting up the gallery. Can you please give me a link of documentation for setting up gallery and adding the shortcode to the page. I found one from here http://sktthemesdemo.net/documentation/photo-session-documentation/#set-up-gallery-page but I could not find the custom post type name gallery and template gallery. And also I have some issues with slider, when I add my own image the other images disappear.

I think this is also not what I mean.

I tried multiple excerpt plugins. Currently trying the “Advanced Excerpt Plugin”. This gives me an additional box within the editor of the post (where I can also add featured image, categories etc. ) So this box is great but I think it has to be connected to the theme. Because even if I write text in there it does not work…

In Appearance > Theme Options> Basic Settings> post shortcode change text content lenth here…I basically control the number of words of the home page featured posts. I got that. No problem.

Then in Settings > Excerpt (thanks to the plug in) I can control the length of the posts which are in certain categories ( those categories are linked to a page in my menu). Got that too….but I would like to control those as for example if I choose 120 words…it does not always end with a dot and I don’t like when it stops in the middle of the sentence. Could it be that this plug in needs or has a code which works with this theme. Because I also have the above mentioned excerpt box when I create a new post which is great but not functioning as I think I am missing a connection.

Do you know what I mean? I am happy to provide you my log in details.

I am trying to customize home page and have current issues.

Using Home Featured Boxes section, the ‘featured block excerpt length’ contains shortcodes that I have used to align the pages into columns. Is there a way to remove the html shortcodes from the excerpt?

Also, You will see the Featured Pages sections are different heights depending on the content in each box and a contact page does not have any content to display. Can this be made the same length?

I have tried instead to use Home Section 3, Services boxes and I can add my own preview excerpt. Is there a way to ensure all 4 boxes remain the same length and height for all screen dimensions regardless of characters? See home example please;

In the section content box you will find the shortcode

Change the link from there.
