Hi I had the host changing those details, and verified at phpinfo. But I still get the same Invalid XML file error as I try to upload the xml file.
Still getting same error.
Never had so many problems with a theme even before installation.
Let me know if you need to log in to the admin. This client also is complaining that items duplicate themselves under categories, but I thought maybe the updates would resolve that. I also need to update the PHP, but one thing at a time. I welcome your advice.

Hi Im trying to set up the Video Slider following instruction. I try to upload tube_…xml and I get “invalid xml file error”. Then I copy the line of code on top of wp-config.php, but I still get invalid xml file error as i try to upload the xml file?

Kindly use compressjpeg.com or tinypng.com to reduce sizes and compress all your images and reupload them.
Lastly kindly use WP Fastest Cache plugin and ask hosting to have Zend Op Cache and PHP Server cache applied to your site or if they have NGINX available get them to use that.
With all the above steps i am sure your site will be faster. Theme is just part of the entire WordPress website ecosystem and our themes are coded to be faster.
Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:
.logo {
max-width: 20%;
}
.logo img {
height: auto;
width: auto;
}
#topmenu ul li a {
padding: 57px 15px;
}
A third problem is that when going to responsive mode the website does not resize properly. It is always slightly wider than the device screen – this means that some text is not seen and the menu button is also slightly off screen.
And replace <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0"/>
One problem I am facing is that I would like to link one of the homepage sections to an iframe with a link to a customer review website that I have a contract with. When I paste the code into the Edit section (test) and then save and close from the visual editor I can see a preview of the widget but when I click Publish, the widget disappears. I’d like some help troubleshooting that???
Ans: Kindly send us your URL of the site and WordPress admin details (Username & Password) via email: [email protected] Please mention this forum URL while replying so that we understand what needs to be done.
Confirmed. The problem occurs when we change from fontawesome 4 to fontawesome 5.
I checked today.
Until now the web estudi33.org (domain parked on estudi33.net) worked perfectly. All fontawesome icons looked correctly after editing the header.php file by adding the following code:
<script src=”https://use.fontawesome.com/c4d7d70cd9.js”></script>
But today, when updating Elementor and using fontawesome 5 instead of fontawesome 4, the icons have stopped being seen on estudi33.org
How can we solve this problem?
Is it possible to solve it by inserting a different line of code in header.php file?
This same problem happened on other web pages and when you asked them you told me to enter below code in theme’s header.php file, just before </head> tag:
Hi support,
I am trying to implement breadcrumbs on my site https://www.valkonverstas.fi/ and was thinking that Yoast breadcrumbs might be the easiest option. On their website (https://kb.yoast.com/kb/implement-wordpress-seo-breadcrumbs/) they advise using this code on either header.php, single.php or post.php and in case asking for help from developers.
I tried implementing this code at the end of the header.php:
I managed to implement the breadcrumbs but they attach themselves to the slider above (I later removed them). I also don’t want them on the home page but only on certain page types (pages, blog categories, blog posts etc).
Can you help with the implementation on the breadcrumbs on site please?
Thank you very much!! Where I can set bg colour for opening hours? I use also sidebar and like to set background colour different then sidebar bg… http://31.217.196.214/~fsmbanat/index.php/contact-us/
