    I didnt do any of that. I have deleted entire file from server and is uploading all over again. I will also delete database and re-import.

    After designing and uploading site based on Hotel Pro, all changes and site designs disappeared and the default theme appearance was showing instead of my site. Why is that?

    Do I need a child theme since I am not doing any hard-coding on the theme?

    16+ hours after I sent in this support request no action has yet to be taken on it. This is not good for SKThemes image at all. Please someone should respond to my query.
