    After further investigation, we see the front page slider is supposed to have been part of our upgraded to GRAVIDA PRO purchase and is not in the appearance / customize area. After looking more closely as documentation our PRO admin area is not the PRO but the basic version. Even when theme installed says PRO. Why? Please advise why we paid for the PRO version and do not have the PRO admin items which should have been included?

    Wait you charge a support fee for gravida pro users to ask questions on this forum? That is a first.

    We did not realize forum questions required yearly support subscriptions. No where else is this the case. Very disappointing.
