I didn’t put this site on a public server yet as I develop it locally.
I created a picture of the area I’ve some questions about, hopefully that gives you sufficient details to help me.

The picture shows a home sections element.
I added one additional element to have eight icons, but couldn’t use an icon I stored in the media library. I like to know where I should put these icons/pictures so that I can use them in this element.
With 8 icons, on the right side it’s not filled-out nicely, I get black space.
At the end I like to know if I can control the icon size somehow (dynamically). Meaning I like to keep the icons on one row as long as possible when someone has a smaller screen size. Currently when I reduce the window size it moves into a 2 row by 4 icon, I rather have smaller icons so that it stays one row.
