    I upgraded to Full Page pro and the upgrade wouldn’t conmplete. I contacted via email and was asked to provide login and website info. I did that and then was told SKT would work on it from ther side. That was last week and even after emails, no word.

    Should I refuse payment? Wait? Have you forgotten me? Where do I go at this point if you won’t respond?
