    Ok I understand now. You create a new page not use the Blog page that comes with the theme.

    The drop down has no “Blog-right sidebar” option
    Has
    Blog – full width
    Blog – left sidebar
    Blog – no sidebar
    Blog Post

    Right sidebar
    Services
