BobbyNo, jerk is still there if you scroll to bottom of webpage.
Note: tried 2 different computers both with Firefox and with Chrome.
Same flicker/jerking when scrolling down. Could the disable sticky header checkbox not be working?

BobbyCAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME GET THIS RESOLVED. THE MOBILE MENU SHOULD NEVER COVER THE BANNER NO MATTER WHAT DIRECTION THE PHONE IS IN.
Dave, sorry to be a pest here, but my client is a nightmare. So above fixed the menu spacing on a phone vertically. But when you turn the phone horizontally it covers the banner again.
