WPForms Conversation Forms Issue

It looks like there might be a conflict between WPForms’ Conversational Forms and the Complete theme, and deactivating that theme seems to resolve the issue.

This is the error message is present in the console when their theme is activated: https://a.supportally.com/Lxjdsu.
