    Hi,

    You have given me access to an unpdated BLACK-PRO theme and told me that it is compatible with the new WordPress update.

    Have you checked that the theme is actually compatible please?

    I updated the theme then updated WordPress which is now 5.5.1, and I have found the same problem that I had the last time that I updated WordPress – I need to revert back to an older version of WordPress or change my theme.

    Since I paid for a new theme a few months ago, can you get it working with the new WordPress update please?

    TEST THE THEME – after that get back to me with access to a new download – NO – you cannot access my admin.

    If you had tested the theme in the first place, then this would not have happened twice.

    Hi,

    We checked, our theme is working fine with WP version 5.5.1

    Kindly show us your website URL and screenshots of your issues.
