Wood Works theme sections not displaying

Hello,

This may be a complete newbie question but, I am having issues getting the sections on the theme to show up on the homepage. The homepage section with the services blocks shows up fine but the first section and subsequent sections do not show up on the homepage.

This is the website:

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Actually I just got the sections to show up on the homepage. however, I want to have custom text within the boxes, have one of the boxes direct to an outside URL when clicked, and custom text per button.

Which template file would I need to customize these boxes?
