Woocommerce Store notice not displayed on the website

This website has a correctly activated “Store Notice” message that was displayed in all sections of the website until the latest updates. We don’t know if it was due to a WordPress or WooCommerce update that stopped the message from appearing. Our client reported the issue to us a couple of days ago, after confirming that the store notice was no longer visible.

After several tests, we can confirm that it’s a theme issue (Furinture Store). We’ve tried installing and activating another theme (Hello Elementor), and the “store notification” appears correctly. A screenshot is attached: https://imgur.com/a/7zCPDD1

How can we fix this?

We send login details to WP through the contact form in case you need access to review it.

The Store Notice is now displayed at the bottom of the site.
