    I tried to remove an image, then I can’t upload another image. WHen I refresh tHe screen the old image show up agaIn. When I check the files in FTP the file wasn’t deleted. WHAT GIVES? I SPENT HOURS TRYING TO CHANGE THE FREE VERSION, THEN DROPPED $39.00 FOR THE PRO VERSION AND STILL AM NO WHERE CLOSER TO BEING DONE. VERY DECEPTIVE PRACTICES I WILL RECOMMEND MY FRIENDS NOT TO TRY ANY THEMES HERE!!!

    Hi Rick,

    Not sure but as i said in the other forum here is what we can do:

    1. Install theme free for you on your server.
    2. Guide you to step by step documentation.
    3. And also help you with slider image dimensions etc.

    Lastly kindly check appearance>theme options for settings of Pro theme and not appearance>customize.
