    We upgraded from healing touch free to the pro edition and immediately notice that none of the work that we have done gets transferred over. We currently are running the free version but need to migrate to the pro version. Apparently, this seems to be documented that there have been problems migrating from one free product to another pro/paid version. What is the procedure or else the technical support to assist us?
