Unwanted sktthemes Twitter information on my site

If you go to http://www.inyourhomemall.shop/ you will see at the bottom of my site your SKT THEMES twitter link. This is on my site and is unwanted – I paid you for this theme. It needs to come off and I cannot find where I can remove it. I do not write code.

Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize>>Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:

#footer .widget-column { width:29% !important;}
#footer .widget-column:nth-child(2) { display:none !important;}
