    I purchased and installed IT Pro and am unable to make it work. The non-pro version works fine but all changes that I make while using the pro version do not happen. No menu, none of my pages or graphic content appear.

    Hi,

    Kindly check Appearance>Theme Options and not Appearance>Customize.

    Also kindly check documentation here: http://sktthemesdemo.net/documentation/itconsultant_documentation/

    Thank you for your reply. I now see the problem. I am using WordPress through GoDaddy and the option “Appearance>Theme Options” is not on my menu as it is on my other WordPress sites. Is there a way around this? The theme is not usable without this control.

    Hi,

    Kindly send us email: [email protected] with your WordPress admin details and url of the website.

    We will see how and why your site doesn’t show Appearance>Theme Options.
