Unable to download the hotel pro theme

I just purchased your skt hotel pro template. I am watching the video on how to install the theme, but I don’t see the “skt-construction-pro.zip file for me to upload to the theme in wordpress. I used the link “https://sites.fastspring.com/sktthemes/order/dl/SKT……….” to download and what I have on my computer is a folder call “hotel.zip” and when I tried to upload the entire folder, WordPress told me the files are too large. Please help me install your lovely hotel theme so I can start working on the website.
