Towing theme homepage meta title

Hello,

My website url is https://valkonverstas.fi . I am trying to update the seo meta title through wordpress backend (yoast seo plugin) and the homepage meta title is not updating. The meta description is updating as are the meta titles on all other pages.

Is there a separate theme related place to update the meta title of the home page somewhere?

We check meta title and description are appear on home page.

After add meta on the pages kindly clear cache it may be a cache issue, if it’s appear on other page it’s also appear on home page.

Thanks for your answer but please re-read my first message.

I know the seo meta title appears on the page. I am trying to update it and am unable to. Could you please confirm if the home page meta title needs to be updated in a different place e.g. in the theme settings and not through the yoast seo plugin?

Hi,

No, meta titles are not managed from any other location, such as theme settings; if you have configured the Yoast SEO plugin, then they are managed through that plugin. If it’s not working, kindly share the WP login details via email:[email protected] we’ll check this.
