Theme update issues…

Hi,

After you performed a theme update today, all settings went back to default… Not what I paid for!
Can you please, please, please restore the old settings??? The website looks horrible now and I don’t remember all the changes/settings/adjustments/etc we did 3 years ago. I just want it back to normal asap.

Sorry, I’m a bit stressed out about the situation…

Will it work if I have my hosting restore the website to a point before the theme update? And then ask you to adjust the theme again (but with all settings in place)?
