Hi, I have a problem and a question.

my web page looks good on a computer, but when I see the same page in a mobile version no looks good, some confuse.

can I manage a mobile version? I need some plugin or just with template settings?

Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize>>Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:
