The order of the blocks on the home page SKT Local Business Theme

Hello.
Recently I bought the SKT Local Business theme and I have a question.
I need to change the order of the blocks on the home page. I want to move “LATEST NEWS” section from bottom to top, before “WHY CHOOSE US” section.
How can I do this?

Hi,

Kindly paste the shortcode of latest news in the why choose us section and write an html code of <br/> to reflect the spacing between why choose us and latest news.

Hi,

Thanks for the advice, it’s a very simple solution and it works, except for certain cases.
It’s suitable if you don’t need to attach any background image or to set background color only for the section “Why Choose Us”.
But I need to attach for the section “Why Choose Us” background image, and in this case I can’t use your solution, because the background image will be attached for these two blocks why choose us and latest news. For why choose us and latest news blocks I have different backgrounds.
Maybe you can tell me, in which file of template can I change the sections order on the home page?
