    How can I change color on the mark in fron of every link in the menu?

    These 2 images drive it: /wp-content/themes/skt_full_width/images/nav-icon-hover.png and /wp-content/themes/skt_full_width/images/nav-icon.png

    Replace them and you will be able to change the images.
