Telephone number button

I have a phone number that I want to refer to a button located in the head of my web site. I cannot find the corresponding code. There are always 2 buttons that appear. How to make the number of the telephone is linked to the button without duplicating it?
So there is my code in the Header button text : <span>450-675-7977</span>

Remove the old code and enter this code.
