Hi there,
I have changed the background colour of the sub-menu items using the customizer but once saved it doesn’t seem to remember the colour. I have seen a few people have the same problem on the forums, but none have a (public) resolution.

Steps to replicate:
Hover over ‘Æfingar’ > Æfingagjöld, Stundaskrá etc don’t have the background colour (#b7b7b7) as per the setup.

I have solved this.
The problem was that the theme menu wasn’t selected under Appearance -> Menu -> Menu Settings
Once I selected Header Navigation in ‘Display Location’ then the sub menu background color came through.
