    Hello,
    Ask for the WordPress theme used by the site rather than the site URL.
    What if the project is in the local phase?
    I use the SKT GEYSERS theme.

    Hi,

    Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:

    .has_trans_header .header_wrap {
  position: fixed;
}
