    So after purchasing an upgrade to a spa lite theme, I was sent a link to download the file for the theme and there is no zip file in it. I really wanted to work on this today and I’m under the impression that response time can take up to 2 days?? Please help!!!!

    Hi Daniela,

    Responded to several of your tickets and email and also given re-access to the theme for download via Chrome browser as well.
