Some questions about Teethy theme

Hi,
We are using Teethy theme in www.centredentalcise.com

We have some questions:

1) In home page, we want that the latest post from blog appears with date format as 15/03/2017. What can we fix this?

2) We want that all “our team pages”, as for exemple http://www.centredentalcise.com/info/our-team/dr-pere-baldoma-salxench/ have right sidebar as the other pages of the web. Os it possible?
