    I tried to show social media icons in the Footer Widget 2 in a new widget text (I have already changed = add_filter(‘widget_text’, ‘do_shortcode’);) but the icons don´t shows , I guess animation problem, because it can not down more on the website to activate icons.
    would be possible only display the icons without animation
    I’d appreciate your help

    Hi Ingrid,

    Kindly use Enhanced Text Widget Plugin and drag and drop their widget in footer widget 2. Now paste the social media shortcode there.

    thanks, but don`t work.. finally install another plugin only for social media icons..
