slider size diet and nutrition

Hello I would like to change the slider height on my theme. I have inserted a smaller image. With this smaller image the “Hello Welcome to our site is lower than I would like. I would prefer it to be closer to the image. I have tried some of the CSS solutions you have suggested to others and does work though only brings the text up to the line I that would be the control or lower limit of the stock image. I am unfortunately only able to work on my site on a local server so cannot give you access at this time to work your magic.

Kindly go to Appearance>>Theme Options>>Basic Settings>>Custom CSS Box:

Add this code there:

.theme-default .nivoSlider { min-height:auto;}
