I need to remove a section (columns, just below the banner) and I’m not getting … follows below the explanation of what is happening:

I would like to remove the banner that is on top of the banner (the columns), I made the test marking the hidden form and when saving and checking how the final version was, I realized that the part of the section who we are (below) rose and stays on top of the image.
It has as hidden is this band with the columns without the section who we are to rise?
It would only be the image of the academy, with the phrase and below who we are.
Can you withdraw?

There was another question about updating wordpress to version 4.8.2 … if I upgrade, can I change anything?

I am waiting for these doubts and thank you in advance.
